In 2024, Donut supported more than 60,000 Journeys for companies focused on learning — and automated over 14,000 tasks, messages, and learner actions for one award-winning learning team.
Strong networks unlocked productivity and innovation
Teams used Donut to get and stay aligned in 2024. We made nearly 2 million introductions, bringing teammates together to connect, collaborate, and boost impact.

New hires got up to speed — fast
A great onboarding experience boosts productivity and retention — and Donut customers made it happen.
Donut onboarded nearly 30,000 new hires in 2024 and automated over half a million onboarding tasks, messages, and actions to set new hires up for success. One motivated team reported an average onboarding score of 94% using Donut — great job!
Teams took their programs to new heights
Teams got creative with Donut this year. We automated a whopping 3.2 million messages and tasks in 2024 to help our customers onboard, learn, connect, mentor, coach and much, much more.
Just an example: one innovative team of HR practitioners used Donut Journeys to support newly-promoted managers in 2024 — empowering them to lead more effectively.
Doing more, with Donut
In 2024 we released 585 new features, integrations, and updates to streamline customer tech stacks and replace dozens of redundant tools.
Here’s a snapshot:
